E-400 is a softgel containing natural-source of Vitamin E oil, (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate). Research shows that Natural Vitamin E is RETAINED IN THE BODY MUCH LONGER than synthetic Vitamin E and it produces higher E levels in the brain, heart, lungs, blood cells and more.
