Prevention
The best prevention is to keep your
immune system in the best of shape and to keep various products and foods
on hand. Here is a list of my favorite remedies.
- Oscillococcinum
is an homeopathic remedy encoded with various viral energetic signals.
If one takes it at the first sign of exposure, it can literally prevent
an outbreak of the infection. (1 tube per day and can be found in most
health food stores.)
- Avoid carbohydrates, sugars, alcohol and fast foods.
- Consume plenty of healing foods such as green vegetables
and free-range proteins.
- Get plenty of rest. You’ll need it to compensate
for the holiday rush and chores.
- Immuno
Support Pack, (Formerly Infection Pack)
which contains echinacea, goldenseal and many other anti-viral herbs,
B vitamins, malic acid and more. (1 pack per day for prevention.)
- Probiotics
Plus to improve the intestinal immune defenses are essential.
(1 teaspoon per day with any meal.)
